Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid in the last 6 months or $100, whichever is greater.

11. NFT Terms

Ownership of NFTs

• When you purchase an NFT, you own the token (proof of ownership on the blockchain).
• Ownership of the NFT does not grant intellectual property rights to the underlying artwork, music, or associated content ("NFT Content"), unless explicitly stated.

Usage of NFT Content

• NFTs are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from NFT Content without explicit permission from the rights holder.

Resale and Secondary Markets

• You may resell NFTs through supported marketplaces, provided the marketplace adheres to the terms of the NFT's smart contract.
• Royalties may apply for resales, as defined by the NFT's smart contract. These royalties are automatically deducted and distributed to the creator.

Prohibited Activities

• Use NFTs for illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud.
• Modify or interfere with the NFT's metadata or associated smart contracts.
• Use NFTs to defame, harm, or infringe on the rights of others.

Platform Responsibilities

• We provide the infrastructure to mint, display, and interact with NFTs but are not liable for issues related to blockchain networks, including delays or errors.
• We are not responsible for losses due to user errors, such as losing access to your wallet or private keys.

No Guarantees or Investment Advice

• NFTs on the platform are collectibles, not financial instruments.
• We do not guarantee any future value, resale price, or profitability of NFTs.
• By participating, you acknowledge the speculative nature of NFTs and the potential for financial loss.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property rights related to NFTs and their content remain with the original rights holder unless expressly transferred.
• Any trademarks, logos, or branding used in NFTs are protected and may not be used without permission.

Termination and Removal

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to NFTs that violate our Terms of Service or applicable laws.
